"Loyalty rewards were a letdown for me"
I’ve ordered from salonwarehouse.com.au a few times now, and I thought the loyalty rewards would make it feel more worthwhile to keep coming back. Maybe it’s my fault for expecting too much, but the points build up so slowly that it barely feels like a reward at all.

The products themselves arrived fine, so no issue there, but I found the rewards part a bit messy and confusing. I had to poke around just to figure out what I could actually use them on, and in the end it didn’t feel worth the effort. For me, it’s not really a strong reason to stay loyal.

I was having a bit of trouble getting into my account, though maybe I was missing something obvious. I reached out to support and they helped me get it sorted out quickly. It wasn’t instant, but they did follow up, and everything worked fine after that. Overall I’m happy with the support, I just still feel like the account page could be a little easier to figure out

"I ordered a few hair colours and..."
I ordered a few hair colours and some developer. Everything that arrived was exactly what I chose on the site. No missing tubes. No random swaps either, which I was a little worried about.
The packaging was fine. The invoice matched what was in the box too. I’m happy with it and would order again.

"Click and collect was easy enough"
I ordered a few salon bits online and picked them up in store the next day. It was all straightforward, to be honest. The staff found my order quickly, everything was there, no hassle or anything... The only thing was I didn’t really get much of a heads-up when it was ready, so I ended up checking my email again just to make sure. But overall it was a good experience and I’d use click and collect again.

"Not as cheap as they make it seem"
I ordered from salonwarehouse.com.au because I expected the prices to be better, but it didn’t really match what I was hoping for. A lot of the items I looked at were about the same price as other sites, and some were even more expensive. Once shipping was added, it felt even less like a bargain. The range is decent, but the whole “better value” idea didn’t really line up with reality for me. I might check again if there’s a sale, but it wouldn’t be my first choice next time.

"Colour was just what I was hoping for"
I ordered my usual salon colour and, from what I can tell, it came out pretty much spot on. The shade looked really close to the chart and I didn’t notice any weird undertones or unexpected results. I’ve only used it once so far, but I’m really happy with how it turned out and I’d probably buy it again

The products showed up just like I expected, and the quality was really good. Nothing felt cheap or flimsy, which was a nice surprise. I mean, for the price I kind of thought maybe... but yeah, happy with it overall.

"Had a good experience shopping on Salon..."
Had a good experience shopping on Salon Warehouse. Found what I needed without much fuss, and the site was easy enough to get around.
Checkout was straightforward too. Didn’t run into any issues with the order, and everything felt clear the whole way through.

Overall, happy with how it all went. Would definitely shop there again.

"Tracking was kinda frustrating"
My order took longer than I thought it would and the tracking really didn’t update much.. I kept having to check it myself which got annoying. The products showed up fine in the end, but yeah the delivery part wasn’t great

"Decent payment options, but others offer more"
The payment options are fine and I was able to check out without any real trouble, but I do wish there were a few more choices. Compared to some other sites I’ve used, this one feels a bit limited when it comes to payment methods.

"Refund took a little while, but it worked out"
I had to send something back and the refund didn’t come through as quickly as I’d hoped. That said, they did get back to me and sorted it out in the end. It wasn’t perfect, but it was fair enough. I’d probably order from them again, I’d just double-check things first next time.

I was able to find most of the brands I was looking for without much trouble, so that was a plus. The range is solid overall. I didn’t really feel like asking customer service for help though, since I never fully trust that they’ll actually know or give a straight answer

I’ve ordered from Salon Warehouse a few times now and usually manage to find what I need without any hassle. Their stock levels have been good in my experience, with most products available when I’m shopping. One item I wanted was out of stock, but overall I’ve had a positive experience and would definitely use them again...

I ordered after asking a few questions about a product, but the staff just didn’t really seem to know much about it. The answers I got were vague, so I ended up having to Google most of it myself. It wasn’t the worst experience, just not very helpful.

"Delivery took longer than I thought"
The order itself was fine, but the shipping was kind of frustrating. It kept getting pushed back, and I was checking the tracking like, okay, maybe tomorrow... but then it still didn’t show up. Not a terrible experience overall, just wish the delivery had been more reliable.
